After a three-year hiatus, Foster The People have returned to the forefront of the alternative world with their new EP, III. The release features three new songs that emulate the catchy signature style of the band. We caught Mark Foster in all his glory at the first show of their summer tour.

Opening with “SHC,” a new song off of III, Foster the People were met with screaming fans who were more than ecstatic about the band’s reappearance. The new music was met with open arms at the Observatory North Park in San Diego, CA as Mark Foster delivered an outstanding show.

FTP played all the hits including songs off their beloved 2011 release Torches, performed “Warrant” for the first time since 2012, debuted “Sit Next to Me” live, and encored with “Pumped Up Kicks.”
